One of the key tools Rob uses to help businesses reach their full potential is his ‘three sphere’ model, a simple but effective model of success.
Rob believes there are three core areas of energy management for a business and its leaders: emotional, intellectual, and physical.
These ‘spheres of energy’ are the fundamentals you need to build and balance your business. They capture what you believe, what you conceive and what you achieve.
The spheres are complemented by three propeller blades that help move the energy from one sphere to the next delivering aspiration, activation, and escalation.
The central spindle around which all this activity flows is leadership. It is the leader’s role to control the pace and energy flow in the business. Leaders help guide the speed of delivery, the power generated, the altitude to which a business ascends, and how fast and smooth the ride.

Achieve

Aspiration
Aspiration connects the Believe stage to the Conceive stage. It’s about making your purpose, values, and vision concrete so that they can guide your strategy choices.
Activation
Activation is how you connect your strategy, the Conceive stage, into your business and the enablers that need to be put in place to implement that strategy through the Achieve stage.
Escalation
Escalation connects the Achieve actions taken by your business and people to what you Believe. Reflection on success and failure allows you to extract important learnings to guide your business in its next upward spiral.
