How It Works
The Executive Team Coaching program is held ‘in person’ every quarter, supported by one-on-one coaching of the CEO or General Manager in the preceding months, as well as access to Rob’s Insights newsletter.
There is a cadence and structure to bring the execution discipline required. Rob guides his clients on key components to install that will help drive the performance, growth, and valuation of the business, within their specific business needs.
Those needs are garnered through multi-year strategic themes that are agreed upon; annual and quarterly priorities that are set; the ‘challenges’ unearthed during the team sessions; insights from one-on-one sessions with the CEO or General Manager and quarterly pre-work completed by the leadership team.
