Over the past 10 years in his coaching practice, Rob has helped build momentum for hundreds of mid-tier businesses across diverse sectors including manufacturing, commerce, automotive and health care.
His approach is to guide and support leaders through strategic planning and significant decisions, fundamentally change the way their business operates, and make the leadership journey easier and more enjoyable.
Rob’s shift to coaching came after a 30-year corporate career in roles across accounting, performance and strategic leadership. He realised he wanted more – and also wanted an opportunity to share his significant learnings and insights with others.
Rob wanted to work with a different breed of leader; someone who had great care for their customers and team, pride in their products and services, but needed help to shift their company to the next level.
It was around this time Rob discovered the Scaling Up methodology and the welcoming global coach community. Combining his own knowledge and expertise with the Scaling Up platform, Rob began helping leaders discover new clarity and apply proven tools to scale. He is now one of the most renowned Scaling Up coaches in Australia.
